Hello, so I just got my LR3 back form the shop...again...some emissions problems (check engine light on and not starting) and broken thermometer...and when I picked it up, late, I noticed one of my headlights was out. I thought, no worries, I'll go buy the bulb for $14 and change it myself, as i just did for the other headlight a month ago. Howeverf, replaced bulb and still not working. Any ideas as to why?? I dread taking it back for numerous reasons but if I have to, i have to. Thanks.

Well I just found out that it is a "loose wire"; both high and low beams out. Hmmm...wasn't loose before I dropped it off for them to fix the thermostat! And they want to charge me $125 for the "loose wire"...that came loose while it lived at the dealership for 3 days for repairs - I think NOT. Anyway...for those of you who ever run into this problem...off to do battle w/ the Service Managers.

VA BEACH, but guess what, they didn't charge me....said I was a good customer, ya, I think it's because the mechanic knocked the wire loose when he was working on it! And they knew it so no charge. funny how that works.
