I'm new here but old in every other aspect.Been a Porsche guy for as long as I can remember but always wanted a LR and the guys that work on my cars got one so here we go! It"s a 97' Discovery SE with 118,000 on the OD and at first appeared to have been abused. After some clean up inside and out it turns out to be OK(runs great and driveline checked out).Needed a lot little things replaced or fixed but most of the majors checked out.My plan is mod into off road /trail riding toy(next on my list is suspension upgrade-springs and shocks).Looking forward to meeting and participating in some Land Rover or off road rallys and or learning from the veteran LandRover crowd on this forum.

Welcome to the forum... remember the best off road upgrade you can make is time in the saddle and recovery gear.
