Oil Pan Gasket

I'm going to change my oil pan gasket this weekend. I have a 98' Range Rover 4.0 SE. Is there anything I should know about before I start. In other words any suprises anyone knows about?

If I recall correctly you have to drop the "Y" pipe for the exhaust.... but not sure.
