Alright everyone, let's see what we can do with this. 01 Rangie has NO problems, except that the radio and HEVAC and ligther are not working. I know that the 1st position on the ignition switch is supposed to wake up the radio, energize the climate ecu and power the lighter. That is not happening. Suppsed to be power by FUSE 8, which is good. Continuitiy has been checked and is good between the BECM and the radio etc. This was not a problem before I tackled the dash. But all dash fuctions are working and plugged in, even all of the lights are working as they should. Just no power to the radio, HEVAC, and lighter. My thoughts are suspecting the BECM itself as relay 7 is the power provider through fuse 8. Any thoughts?
My wife might **** me if I can't get this thing going. I bought it knowing about bad airbags. Since purchase I drove it once and then rebuilt the air compressor, valve block, replaced air springs, heater core O-rings, blend motors, and now .......who knows.
