To get serious about chipping you have to start spending around &500.00 on up to about &$1500.00.

These cheap simple resistor types are not really chips and they are not installed on your ECU - they usually clip inline on your IAT sensor to fool your ECU to run leaner; but Land Rover ECU's do not fool very easy and certainly not for long.

Remember the old adage: too rich = burn your rings, too lean = burn your valves! Given the cost of LR parts - I don't want to burn either so I would spend more money to properly chip in the first place.
