PIC....Can anyone tell me what is leaking on 04 Disco?

Can anyone tell me what is leaking here?

There are a few drops of an oil like substance on the garage floor when I check every couple of days.

It is on the passenger side, underneath and just to the right of the shifter/cup holder area....

Here is a picture...Notice the oil near the top part of the picture....

Any ideas? Thanks!!!

This looks like the Transfer case is leaking.... you can have this fix under warrenty, but to be truthful.... even if you get it fixed it will leak again.... But then again maybe it won't...

That thing is CLEAN, wait about 9 more years and see a leak

Drive in some deep mud and seal things off a little

I was trying to be nice Moose, I know mine doesn't leak anymore... it just leave bread crumbs so no one can steel it
