Plastic Fog Light Bezel

I noticed today that the plastic fog light bezel or bucket is missing on the passenger side. This is the piece that fills in the area between the front of the bumper and the foglight to give it the finished appearence.
Has anyone else had this happen. I have no idea how it could have come out. It seems that it pushes in and twists to lock into place.
Any ideas?

Thaty piece just pushes on and is held with some pinch retainers. Range Rover has had the same style retainer since '03. Only a lucky few have them come off.
RH=DXB500041PCL. Appx $15.00 retail.
