I see where I can thighten the silver pipes that thread into the back of the raditior ? Do they crack on the main part of the Raid? Or LOOSE?

You can over tighten the pipe fittings and crack the radiator. If you have a leak you might try to reaseal the pipe fittings with teflon tape or some other type of sealant.

Thanks, But when I unscrew them will I lose anti Freeze?

Do you have a leak at this time, if so you need to take care of it so you don't overheat your engine. If you try and fix a leak, yes you will loose some coolant.
