So I'm getting this crazy idea that if my 4.0 doesn't sell before summer, I'll cut the top off and make a convertible out of it.
Any opinions on feasibility?? If I welded in a roll bar around the windshield and behind the rear seat would it be rigid enough?

thoughts/suggestions??

thanks,

It's been done before so I assume it's feasable. Range rovers are built on a basic frame chassis, so the truck's body does not really affect the rigidity. Some roll bars would probably help to keep the body itself from shaking/flexing.
