set electric windows

Have a 2000 Land Rover Range Rover

All windows are closed and sun roof is open.
Message display tells me windows and sun roof are NOT SET.

Attempted to SET windows one at a time by pressing the open window button.
Window does not open.

Attempted to SET sun roof by pressing the close sun roof button.
Sun roof will not close.

Fuses are good.

Any ideas will be appreciated.

I would unplug the battery and then attempt to reset again via what is listed in the owners manual.
