set sunroof and windows

2000 land rover
Sun roof is stuck open and windows are stuck shut.
Message says sun roof and windows are NOT SET.
SET sun roof and windows according to the manual does not work.
Disconnecting and reconnecting battery to reset computer did no good.
Somebody please help me.

i wonder if any one could give me advice. i have just bought a p38 the battery is new but is only 570 amps . would this cause severl faults appearing like srs airbag alarm fault .eas not going up every time. rear window saying not set. i have replaced the motor and the switch pannel please help eddie
