Shifter light up?

Tried searching and maybe just using wrong terms, but should the p r n d by the shifter light up?

Thanks, by any chance do you know why it wouldn't? I'm guessing fuse or possible lights out. Just trying to figure out a starting point on it. I get the D in the cluster, but not having it by the shifter made me think something was/is not working correctly.
