We have an LR3 and carry chains for the rear. The front has issues with clearance due to the +1 size tire we did. As for the dealers always saying "Front tires only or all four only", there is Youtube footage of an LR4/Range Rover at a ROVER EXPERIENCE outing with only rear chains. I'll say it again, rear chains only at an actual LR Experience outing.
