I have got a problem on my front axle where I get a loud cluck at 65mph+ when i press/release the gas, when I jack up the front end and spin a tire it does not spin the other tires the opposite direction all the time and I can hear a slight clicking sound in the front diff. I think this means I broke/chip my spider gears.

I am going to take off the front diff and get a closer look and replace them just want to get any tips front anyone who has done this. Anyone provide any feedback for me? I've done a powertrax locker install on a 8.25" Chrysler Axle so I feel comfortable doing this but it looks harder to get into this diff. RaveCD wasen't extermly helpfull I may just have to learn as I go.

Sure it's not a CV clicking away?

If you check some other boards (search for Toy Diff Writeup on pirate4x4.com), you'll see that some people run away from the Rover diffs when given a chance. If it is a broken spider gear, this might be your chance.

Good luck!
