still need help

i still need help. i was unable to download any files...how can i lower the headrest on my 2000 rover....just purchased it and there were no manuals.....also, how do i remove the lr brake bulb? and how do i remove the roof rack? what would it be worth if i sold it? and can i run any size tires besides 255/65/16? i would really appreciate any help, advise or suggestions....thanks
