Yep. Mine smelled like cow ****. Now gear oil doesn’t have the nicest of aromas at the best of times but it should not smell like that. Also it was very dark at 65k of city driving. It's easy enough with it on. Just use a syringe and suck out the old oil. then replace. Call superchargers online for a kit and filling instructions. cheap. plus, they are sometimes low on oil or the oil is broken down by 60k.
Did you ever end up doing a how-to video on your Supercharger Oil Change ??Yep. Mine smelled like cow ****. Now gear oil doesn’t have the nicest of aromas at the best of times but it should not smell like that. Also it was very dark at 65k of city driving.
It’s pretty simple. It’s a fill plug at the back of the unit that you have to use a syringe with a clear plastic tube attached to suck out the oil. Then fill though same hole.Did you ever end up doing a how-to video on your Supercharger Oil Change ??
