swaping rims with TPMS

I purchased new OEM land rover rims with TPMS to replace my current OEM rims with TPMS.

When I switch them, will the system recognize the rims automatically so if I get a flat I will still receive a warning indicator? Or do I need to have them programmed by the LR dealer?
