Thoughts of 0w-40 oil in 2012 RRS SC w/202k miles?

I believe this is for the TDV6 engine which is a 2.7 liter diesel, not the 5.0 V8.

I've used Mobil Delvac 1 ESP (5w-40) Advanced Full Synthetic Diesel Engine Oil, for winter, and now Mobil 1 European Car Formula (5w-40) Advanced Full Synthetic - oil Protects for 10,000 miles - Guaranteed - Nascar official oil, for winter, 'cause it's cheaper to buy…Both with excellent results...Depending on this summers heat, I'm prepared to use 15w40 so it will flow better.
The worst oil to use is 0w-20, 5w-20 and 5w-30 or any other oil...Many here will say use the Manufacturers recommended oil, that's just as nutty as changing your oil at their recommended 15k mi. mark...
