i recently got two flats, one front drivers side and one rear drivers side. hit something down a windy road at night.a very big something . but anyways im just going to replace all the tires and i was wondering how hard it would be to fit a 245/75R16 tire on there and to name it the BFGoodrich® Mud Terrain T/A KM tire.

Great tires, I'm running them. But if your disco is stock you
may have some rubbing issues.

I don't think you will get any rubbing, unless your springs have sagged considerably, which is possible if your had them on for a few years. Your other choice is to fit 255x70x16 BFG mud terrains (I have these fitted) which are slightly lower in profile but much wider.
245x75x16= 30.46"
255x70x16= 30.05"

265x75x16: They will not fit without rubbing. In fact, you will need to do a lift, or if you don't lift, some trimming will be necessary.
