Tow wiring harness

Anyone know if there is a difference between the wiring harness for the RRS and the LR3? Land Rover doesn't have any information if you can substitute one for the other. The part # for the LR3 is YWJ500220 and the part # for the RRS is YWJ500170. Any parts guys out there?

Maybe. Looking @ the two harnesses side by side, The LR3 harness has two connectors on one end, and two on the other with one white ring terminal. The RRS harness is the same with an extra subharness taped to it, and only one extra connector end. While all the wire colors are the same on each of the other 4 connector ends between the two, I don't know if that extra connnector is spliced in somewhere in the middle, or is just a loop or what.

The harnesses should be the same price, I'm intrigued why you ask?

It was an Ebay find. Didn't know if I could get away with the RRS harness.
