****Transmission Fluid help needed****

I need to replace the transmission fluid and filter in an automatic 97 disco 1. Where do I put in the new transmission fluid after I drain the old stuff out and replace the filter? I can't figure out where it goes in at.

Hmm, I would have just poured it down the 'tranny dip stick' opening...figured it leads to the same place. But i do not know...hopefully someone else will sign on soon...

thanks... I sound like a newbie, but I still appreciate the help. Is there anyway to completely replace the atf fluid besides just draining the plug and filling it?

Do I need a 27 torx wrench to take off the filter of a disco 1?

Nope. That's the only way.

Hmmm....just checked my shop manual, and it doesn't say. That sounds about like the right size.
