We'll, I recently did a tune-up on my 04 RR-HSE. It has 85, 000 miles on it and I also ended up draining out the Transmission Fluid, replacing the Gasket and Filter. I used the actual ESSO Automatic Transmission Fuild, just like Land Rover recommends.

I recently took my RR to AAMCo to get it checked because I kept getting a reading indicating my Transmissions is in Overheating. Not sure what to think of that, but AAMCO inspected it the vehicle and scanned it, and nothing came up. Does anyone know what this might be?

Thanks Fernando

Any chance you are low on fluid?

Fluid is exact, I was low about 1qt and 1/2, but I got that fixed. Don't know what else to think that might be causing it to bring up that reading.

Could be a dirty filter... that will cause some odd issues.. but normally the filter does not get dirty.

I actually replaced the Radiator this morning and added the Blue Coolant recommended by Land Rover. I'm sure that's what it was, because I also did end up replacing the transmission filter, so I doubt that's what it was. Took the truck out for a spin this morning and it felt great, but will see if it continues. Thanks for the help.
