Transmission issue

I have a 2003 range rover and I'm having a problem with the transmission shifting between 4th and 5th gear in low rpms doing about 35mph. It jumps between 4th and 5th for no reason with no acceleration and changes the rpms by about 1oo-300. When I put the transmission in manual mode I don't have this problem at all. Is it electrical anproblem like the trans ecu or something else? Transmission shifts smooth in every other gear this is the only time it ever happens.

i had a problem with rough shifting on my 04 it turned out to be the tranny cooling sensor was bad but get it checked at the dealer then go from there
