Transmission slipping

I have a 06 LR3 HSE. After coming to a stop, and beginning to accelerate again, the transmission slips into neutral and then back into drive. The problem is intermittent. I have taken the vehicle to the dealership four times and I have been told that it is a software issue. They download the latest updates and the problem goes away for a little while. According to the dealership, Land Rover has no other solutions. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

There was a TSB for this on Eur cars, dealer had to check and adjust the linkage between the shifter and the gearbox. Regards, AAN

My dealer says they cannot replicate the problem I have not had time to take them for a ride.

I called LRNA and they are no help. The reps solution to my problem is for me to call the dealer myself and make an appointment to take them for a ride. Wow big HELP Thank you!!

I think it's a stall tactic because I'm sure they are well aware of this issue but have no fix for it.
