Tyres: Pirelli Scorpion Zero

hey all

What tyres do you all have on your LR3? I have Pirelli Scorpion Zero tyres, which is an odd choice for LR to have made for a car for Canada, as this tyre is wonderful on road but pretty crappy in snow. Of which we get a fair amount.

Most of them in the states come with GoodYears' which are equally crappy in snow and off the road.

Try Nokians

I ran Scorpion Zero's on my Touareg and only got 20k miles before having to replace - no tread... Scorpions are very soft and have a very short life.

I'm now on Nokian SUV WR's and am more than happy so far. In fact, saved us from a disaster a couple of weeks ago - a near head-on requiring quick defensive steering/braking. Handled like a dream.
