Upgrade the Grill?

Has anyone seen this grill insert in person? I am not one for "blinging" out my ride, but the black plastic on my 00' is getting a little crapy looking and I thought this could be a nice touch. But I would love to hear from someone who has seen it in person.

Good point. Do you know of any other after market options? I cannot find something that looks nice, but doesn't make my car look like NBA player's who is driving to the club.
