Vehicle lean when cornering

Hi guys
New here from Glasgow I love my Range Rover sport 2012 with 52000 on her.
this message comes on from time to time.
I did a little research and seems a common issue.
Any one had this on their car.

You need to have the DTCs checked.
Could be a low fluid level in the active sway bar reservoir.
