Vehicle Speed Sensor

Hey,

I have a 1997 Disco SD7 the Speedometer doesn't work, while reading on some other threads I decided to change the VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor)
after changing the VSS (which needed to be changed anyways, the old one was broken) but, my speedometer is still not working. Anyone know what could be the cause?

If the VSS is new, then it is either a possible bad cluster or a bad connection to the ECU.
