Dudes,

Anybody else have issues with this? It's just gotten to be pretty warm in Denver and my '12 LR4 has been outside for a couple days this weekend. The black lacquer wood insert just below the nav screen seems to have reacted negatively to the heat. Towards the left side, the insert has bubbled up and appears to be on the verge of cracking. Pictures to follow, but I wanted to get this out there.

I'm sure it'll be covered under warranty, but I'm not too excited about bringing the truck back in for something like this.

My wife's 2011 LR2 has the black lacquer finish and so far no issues.

Thanks. I'm guessing there was some bad wood in there, and I'll be fine. If it's really just a thin veneer over metal, that should generally hold up okay to heat. A thinner piece of wood should be able to tolerate temperature changes fairly well.
