I have a 2000 range rover 4.6hse and it constantly has a wet passenger side carpet. I have vacuumed it multiple times but it just becomes wet again. Everyone else that has this issue says that there fluid on the carpet is like water, but mine it very oily. When i touch it i get a greasy feeling, and i know that it is not water. The fluid also has a funny smell. Is this a heating system leak, or something else?? Please help
Thanks
Alex

I would check the A/C drains first 2 of them, one on each side of the transmission.

Then if it is antifreeze, check your antifreeze level, if it is low, then it may be the heater core leaking.
