What is the catch to this LR4 for sale?

Clean carfax, sold from a dealer, but with the miles and packages this car has, it is about $3-4k under what it should be going for. What is the catch? I really can't find anything wrong with this car other than it not being sold from a LR dealer, but a dodge/jeep dealer.

Some dealers base the selling price on how much they have in the vehicle. Also most that I've talked to don't use NADA or KBB anymore. They have an online listing of what models are selling for in that area or at auctions and use that to set value.
