Will go thursday to LR shop to check what is whit the windshield and will my (ford ESP) warranty cover repair .
Ignore my previous suggestions ;-). You should be fine with your warranty. As long as its not a wire, hose or piece of plastic, the warranty generally covers such things. They may claim that it's a faulty wiring harness or something like that, but ask nice and see what happens. I may be wrong here, but you are going to have to get an outside glass company to replace the windshield. I don't think LR dealerships handle that type of stuff. They could replace the control wiring if that's the fault, but not the glass.
