Worn pad light

2026 LR4. On a 2 week road trip. Had the front brakes done several thousand ago. Rears have about 30k on them. Don't really want to get a brake job on the road. Will I have any problems going another 2-3 thousand?

When the light comes on. You still have 2mm of pad left. (on the pads with the sensors)

Only 30k on the rears and the light has come on?? Do you drive with one foot on the brake pedal??

No I don't. The previous set (rear) only lasted to 30k.

Check the sensor wire. Mine cracked and was rubbing the wheel. Had plenty of pad left, so I looped the wire back on itself until I could get a new sensor. Light is gone...

Cracked?? As the wear sensors are only $20, I change them with every brake service.
