Have you bled the air out of the heater, and both heads?

1) what is helix? Still getting used to that english terminology :)
2) what thermostat you got, and are you sure you out it in proper direction (got to ask)
3) air pockets, as Mike suggested, may be of issue
4) clogged radiator? I'd check outside first - there normally piles of bugs, debris and mud after wheeling :)
5) with engine running and heated to operated temperature - try to touch different areas of radiator by hand. If you found seriously cool zone - got to rod it.
6) try to rotate your fan, with engine cool and not running. If fan is easily rotating (no resistance or very low resistance) - you in market for new fan clutch.
