For those who have been in the market recently, would welcome feedback on our car we are considering listing.

2015 LR4 HSE Lux
Mariana black / Arabica Windsor leather
Approx 85k miles
Original owner, dealer serviced for everything
Good options selection (no HD / locker though)
All suspension (LCAs, tie rods) recently replaced, new brakes shortly, all coolant leaks and tensioner issues fixed
Generally excellent shape mechanically with a few cosmetic issues

Any idea where market is now? In Colorado. Struggling with whether to sell but have a new RR coming in and need the room.

My data point may be outdated but in May 2021, I purchased my '12 HSE w/HD, 87,000 miles, three owners, marginal service history, from a Stealer in Denver, for $19k.

For reference - Carmax has 5 LR4s currently nationwide, all 2016s, all btw 48k-54k miles; listed for $42k-$46k with the only Lux being 48k mi for $46k. I always keep an eye out just in case something happens to mine and I need a replacement.

That said, I would try and get at least $30k for it

New RR sounds super exciting.

A couple of months ago I did the CarMax online quote thing - they offered 40K for my 2016 LR4 Lux, HD, 45K miles.

Great data points thanks all. Clearly a lot of variability. And yes what sane person would sell? Everybody we talk to says they regret selling theirs. We also have an LR3 which I still love.

We just sold our 2015 here in Seattle. LUX, mostly loaded with rear entertainment system, black pack, etc. It had 65k miles on it. Garage kept, new tires, clean new windscreen, was in near excellent condition. One small paint scrape on the rear bumper. Interior was near mint. It also was a NON HD model. Sold it in Oct. 22 for $40k to the first person who looked at it. We probably could have done a little better but I was happy with the deal.

Great price, well done! Craigslist or similar?
