What is your VIN?
I can verify what coverage you have for the O2 sensors.

If I remember correctly. The LR4 only has a TSB to reflash the PCM, no O2 replacement.

Very kind of you, as always. I think you covered it in this post back in September, and it did look like it should be covered. SALAG2V65GA788750

But even if you tell me it should be covered, I still would have to talk to a Service Manager (which they won’t let me do) and persuade him/her. No idea how to do that.

Dealership is about 40 miles away from me, and they apparently don’t have a waiting room or any ability to tell me how long it will take to even look at it (“2 hours to over a day, so you’ll need to leave the vehicle”), so it’s probably easier and in many ways cheaper for me to just replace it myself. My guess is that is their goal, too.

A DTC has to be present for the O2 sensor to be replaced.
The dealership is obligated to replace the affected sensors. If covered.
