Any experience with 19" Michelin Tour HP?

I was curious and checked the Discount Tire site but didn't see Nokians. Maybe they stock them in their retail locations but not for web purchase and delivery...

Here is the link. Yeah, they do look to be special order. 3-5 days. I usually go to discount tire because of the service and their policies. One time I took my porsche there to get the summer tires removed and the winters on. It was a ridiculously cold day and they split one of the summer tires on the side wall. The tires probably had one good summer left. They replaced all four summer tires for free. Another time, I bought my wifes van in with a nail in the tire. Never had the van there b4 and it only had a few thousand miles on it. They repaired it with an inside patch for free because I serviced my other vehicles there. Can't get that from costco.

That said, we are gong with the LTX All seasons. Great summer/rain/winter video on tire rack convinced me

I have used the Bridgestone Duellers Alanza Plus from Costco on my 19" wheels and I love them...all season, 70,000 miles so far own the 80,000 mile warranty and still more life in them....and, quiet. I am planning on getting them again.

I assume you mean Latitude Tour HP? I believe these are being phased out by the new Premier LTX. The Tour HPs I have run have been a great pavement tire. Quiet and handle/ride well. Shallow starting depth but I will get 4 summer seasons out of them. I will replace with the Premier LTX since they appear to be roughly the same tire.

OKay, just to close this discussion, thanks all for the advice. I ended up ordering the Michelin Premier LTX All Seasons from Costco. They are currently $70 off for a set of four. My out the door price with installation, tire warranty, lifetime rotation and balancing, taxes, etc was $960.

Bonus is that Costco is about 2 miles from my office. I'll let you know what I think as they get installed on the 4th.

thanks

I can run it up to the pass next week for a little skiing with the kiddos and let you know how they are in snow.
