Thanks ryanjl, yes you will need wheel spacers...I did mention spacers in my writeup, but I didn't clarify...I purchased both wheel spacers and wheels from Lucky8 and like i've mentioned before, purchased 5 wheels and 4 spacers for under $1,000. Tuffant look nice as well and run 5 for $1,025, which is very comparable/competitive w/Lucky8. Before I purchased mine, I looked into Lucky8, Compomotives, which I thought were too costly, and Tuffant, which either weren't produced yet or at least I couldn't find info on ordering...you really can't go wrong with any of them, IMO. Looking into all three again, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and I'd do it again without question.

Keep in mind, though, the Lucky8 steel wheels require the use of wheel spacers (the same as using the LR3 18" wheels), whereas the Tuffant wheels apparently do not.

I did not see an offset spec on either of those. Have you? Either the shape or offset are the reason for that and I like the idea of the l8 wheel being closer offset for a taller tire. I'm considering another set of 17's though too.

Looks great,

Did you go with 1 inch spacers or larger?
Did your spare fit below?
And we’re you able to reuse the tire pressure monitor sensors?

Thanks

I could have sworn I saw somebody running these on an LR4 without spacers...I think they ground the calipers down a bit? Or am I way off?

You'd have to grind the fins on the calipers. Not sure how much. You could do the same thing and fit 18" LR3 aluminum wheels too.
