not really, from what I see from the pic the canbus kit is similar to regular kit, but it is said to integrated some canbus decoder inside the ballast the DDM said they can refund me the regular kit and use that credit for a canbus kit (of coz, I have to pay extra), but I can keep that... -

tried this morning put the HID on one side and the stock bulb the other made sure car on before turn the light switch to ON the stock side light on, but the HID still off switched the polarity and ballast I think this could conclude, right? -

nope, if engine is not on but the car is Acc on, the low beam is off but only the side marker is on even i turn the light knob to low beam on position. -

yes, I started the engine first since if I do not start the engine the low beam won't be on even I turn the light knob to low beam position , and only the side marker light would be on. -

yep, neither side does work on the HID mod and I actually tried different combinations to root out any possible causes such as switching to different sides, switching the polarity, switching between the bulb and ballast. someone here sent me a PM also saying the same failure on his... -
