Tolerances for LR3 tread depth variances

Experience using BMW nav CDs in 2003 range rover?
My 2003 RR has really old 2001 release NAvtec CDs. Per Land Rover site NAvteq makes avail an 8 CD set with 2007.1 release date for $199 to fit 2003 range. Per the NAvteq site they make avail a "just released" 2008.1 version for the 2002 BMW x5 that shares the same MK3 nav unit with range rover...- jimzigg

clunking sound and marbles in drivers rear wheel
we are all of a sudden getting a loud clunk in reverse like we thought we hit something and what sounds like loose metal or marbles rolling around from driver rear wheel or wheel well. any ideas? -

Effect of cold on LR3
Every time we leave our LR3 parked outside in winter (Milwaukee WI) we end up with 2 system faults "special systems not available": 1) for over head Rosen DVD inop and 2) for terrain response system. i understand the DVD not working when cold but terrain response?? gee there is a snow/ice... -

99 disco II wheel/tire question
i want to buy a set of extra wheels and tires with MTs to swap on/off for off road events. i found a set of 1996 range rover 16 x 8 inch wheels with 225/75/16 MTs. can anyone say for sure if these will fit? they are quite narrower than stock. -

amber ace warning light
its on now constantly. first came on 2 mos ago during heavy snow. car thowed out in garage it went off. figured titwas just ice messing with system. but now no excuse 55 degrees today. what should i check? -

SIde of drivers seat wearing/peeling

disco II trans service
i took my 99 disco II with 104k in to indy mech and had on the list a trans fluid and filter change per robison maintenance schedule. he tells me they only recommend topping off as it is sealed system "good forever". as the trans is one my biggest worries at this mileage shoudl i trust this? -

settling after shut off
my wife has been claiming the lr3 lowers itself after being shut off for a period of time. i didnt necessarily believe it until i saw it happen tonight. the suspenion height is set at normal and didnt change after vehicle lowered itself. anyone familiar with this and is it normal or is it a... -

Uneven tire wear
i just noticed some uneven wear on rear tires. Inner wearing faster than rest. I saw a bulletin on this but whne i caled dealer they said support stops at 22k. mine has 60k but tires are pretty newa nd were dealer installed with 4 wheel alignment about 20k ago. i had heard its a bushing... -

keys in ignition
just got 05 lr3 and a couple annoyances that we are hoping there are settings to correct: 1) when we leave cars in garage we just leave keys in em. this car doesnt shut off (radio nav etc )until key is pulled out. any setting chnage here or will radio nav eventually go off if we shut car... -
