OIl Leak - top of engine
Replacing the valve cover is a PITA... have to remove the fuel rail and injectors. -

Getting a T8 off lease from father in law, so 25 miles of all electric and 400hp combined... I think I will survive. I'm not in love with the all-glass control, but we will see if it grows on me. -

LR4 Supercharger
FYI oil pans are different. I’ve swapped a SC engine out of a jag into a RRS SC. Couple of other differences, everything else is swapp-able, but plan on digging into the new engine. -

Steel Brake Lines Replacement?
There was definitely some rust on the lines. I gently cleaned it off, and painted them... should hold me over until I can stomach another trip to the shop. -

My LR4 is in the shop having the front LCA's replaced. The service advisor told me that my rear steel (the hard lines) brake lines "don't look too good" and warned that a hard braking could blow the line. Anyone ever had their hard rear brake lines replaced? Is it DIY-able? -

2011 LR4 Windshield Wipers Over-rotate
Your arm is not 'clocked' to the correct position on the shaft. The mechanism cannot over rotate unless the underlying mechanism is broken. If you can move the wipers more than an inch or two by hand, the underlying mechanism may be broken (i've had a broken motor case before). On the base... -

Removing rusted-in OEM tow hitch
My tow hitch (the tow hitch receiver, I guess you would call it) is rusted in place and I cannot get it out. Tried lubing the internals, no dice. Any way to get this thing off? Angle grinder and install one of the frame mounted receiver? -
