Pretty sure if someone who originally ordered the se and selected most options they could have an hse (19" wheels, navigation, upgraded sound system, cool climate package, rear entertainment, etc). You might find a few differences still but I looked at hse vs se and the se was in much better shape and certified with fewer miles. I am even adding the same flip down screen as the hse has.

Areas vary by pricing...in my case my factory warranty ends 2/2010 or 50k miles, then the extended goes till 75k. It wasn't worth it for me to spend another 8k on a 2007 vs 2006 when they had the same mileage. Although my wife is now looking at a 2007 LR3 or RR sport for her.

The big option for me that you can't get on an SE is Memory Seats. I think there was one other thing as well.

We ended up with an '06 VW Touareg instead. They still have a 2 year CPO + the year left on the original.

I have 1 year still on my factory plus another 2 years after that on my 06'. We looked at the tourag's sibling in the porsche cayenne but decided against it. We have memory seats on her car and I have yet to use them but I guess that's what some look for

I bought an 06 SE V8 CPO with 18,000 miles Cold/HID/7 passenger last month for 26,900. The truck is in immaculate condition. I was looking all over the country to find a low mileage 06 and found one at a local dealer here in MA.

Good mileage for that price. When we got ours they installed all new pads, tires, battery before putting it up for sale at LR dealer, so we lucked out
