2000 II Riding Rough I have the Fault Codes

I own a 2000 Disco II w/ 66k miles. The check engine light has been on for some time. Just recently it started running rough. The fault codes are:
P0171 - Fuel Trim, Bank 1 System Too Lean
P0174 - Fuel Trim, Bank 2 System Too Lean
P0301 - Cyl 1 Misfire
P0734 - Gear4 Incorrect Ratio
P1319 - Knock Sensor 1 Circ Short to Ground

Any ideas where I should tackle this first???

MAF sensor (clean it) also plugs/wires, but I may have to bet on carbon build up.... search the forum on Seafoam and you will find lots of info.

I cleared out the fault codes. When the service engine soon light came back on, it was the P0171 and P0174 codes.

I pulled the MAF sensor and cleaned it. Put it back together, cleared the codes again, and it is still running rough.

Service engine soon light is back on but the only code now is P0301 again. I plan to try the Seafoam to see what happens there.

I ran the 3 cans of SeaFoam. I still have the jerky acceleration. The plugs and wires were just changed last March. I'm going to drive it and see what codes it gives me. I'm assuming I'll still get the misfire codes. Any other ideas on what I should tackle next?

Only a guess, but the truck could be slipping a cylinder sleeve. My buddy had a 2001 DII and it started to run rough up a hill, very jerky acceleration. Fortunately he was under warranty at the time. He had slipped a cylinder sleeve.

This is certainly a worst case scenario, but would keep it in mind.

I'm still getting the cylinder 1 misfire code. I went ahead and pull the plug and a bunch of white powder poured out of the wire. Looks like she got a bit hot. Anyway, the wire is shot. I went ahead and ordered another wire to replace. Does it make since to replace or is something going on that is just going to burn it up again???
