2001 Disco II: A/C overflow tube leaks into front passenger compartment

If the A/C runs for a while, water starts leaking from the ;assenger side of the center console. I can sometimes hear water sloshing around. It seems like a tube is clogged because there's no water puddling under the car like one typically sees under a parked car? Any suggestions for troubleshooting?
