2002 Discovery 2 Service Engine Soon

I've been having an ongoing problem with service engine light. It comes on, I bring it to mechanic he looks up code , sees what it is and clears it temporarily.He asks me if I notice a difference in performance and I don't. To make this short everytime light comes on , his computer is giving him a different code as to what the problem might be.This has happened about 4-5 times. Any advice would be appreciated. I know first time it said spark plug misfire another time he said something about a coil. Last time he said it gave him about 3 -4 different items but not exactly sure as to what

So, that is no help for us, go to the local parts store and have them read your fault code numbers and get back to us with them.
How many miles on the truck and when was it last tuned along with a new set of 8 mm plug wires?

Thanks for quick response.My mechanic gave my the following fault codes
PO 174
PO 154
PO 175
P 1000
Discovery has 140,000K .Looked at old receipts saw that spark plugs were changed at 93,000K in Sep 2010. I was looking for another receipt , which I am fairly certain was Oct
2011 where mechanic that I was using at that time changed plug wires and spark plugs again. That was probably around 103,000 miles .Any input would be appreciated.
