200Tdi Fuel Injection Pump

My 200Tdi fuel injection pump has a terminal problem and not worth rebuilding at this stage unless there is no other option.

I can not locate a good secondhand pump and have access to a good 300Tdi FI pump but realise the fuelling will be different, does anyone know if this can be used without having to change the pump cam plate and set up for my motor?

Any other technical words of wisdom would be much appreciated.

Not sure on the Tdi side of the house, but I am sure you can get a fuel pressure regulator just like on the Gas/Petrol side of the house.
