2012 lr4 5.0 misfires and p0003 fuel volume regulator

2012 5.0 lr4 on vacation away from home about 1400 miles.
Getting some codes cylinder 4 and 6 misfire and a

P0003 Fuel Volume Regulator Control Circuit Low

I need some guidance. Truck idles rough / sometimes a check engine light. It has new plugs, injectors and the entire timing job completed 1700 miles ago.

Maybe its the fuel pump going out. Has it ever been replaced? Mine went at about 80k miles before I bought it. It will likely get progressively worse so its better to fix it when its possible.

HPFP are testing good. My psi”s are the same a a friends who just installed new pumps.

If the pumps are testing good, could point to a wiring/electical issue. How’s your voltage and how old is your battery
