Is the remaining leak with a valve cover or timing chain cover? They’re vastly different, yet both have been mentioned interchangeably in this thread.

If it’s timing cover, there are three (upper left, upper right, and lower), each with its own degree of difficulty to access.

Yes, the SCV6 is susceptible to timing chain issues.

Everyone has their own pain points they are willing to tolerate, but I'm sorry, the minute I find myself staring down $5, $7, or $10,000 repair bills, my LR4 becomes a "disposable razor" to me.
