I've been using Silblade wiper blades for the last 20-some years. I believe Atlantic British carries them, but you can find them elsewhere.

I think the silicone blades are the way to go. Brand probably doesn't matter a whole lot. I'm coming up on 2 years with mine and they still look and function like they're brand new.

When I bought mine at OReillys I asked about quality blades and like everyone else mentioned, silicon blads are the shiz_nit They suggested Rainex brand as the best out of what they have.

FIRST, per user: [txfromwi] the A/B Bosch ICON is an excellent rec. and enlightening post; that MFG's post-OEM offer this option in select NOT all models. This should be stock on any elite SUV or the like. Much Appreciated TX!

[Bosch should have labeled the individual blades "A" and "B" on the blade unit itself w/ a mark, for those swapping out quickly in the workshop, since they "look similar" only the packaging is different, for LEFT (A) driver and RIGHT (B) passenger. Easy to confuse if you have multiple sets.]

Side note: to silicon blade users. I am sure Sil. blades are superior in many ways, but not sure you want Sil. debris and coating on your windshield. The R&D would have to be done esp. for heated/smart windshield glass from the factory and OEM. Plus are they better in Desert or in Mountains.

Anyone sticking with the OEM, Land Rover stock windshield blades, curious your take if you don't go aftermarket. The Land Rover ones still look the best even if they **** and mfg. by Trico or whomever..

Bosch sells them as drivers side and passengers side, two different wipers.

This is the current Amazon description, current price $58 for the pair.

BOSCH 22A22B ICON Beam Wiper Blades - Driver and Passenger Side - Set of 2 Blades (22A & 22B)

You can also buy them separately.

I also recommend BOSCH front wipers. Have them on my 2012 3 years now...

I’ve had rainx latitudes on my truck almost 3 years now. They’re just starting to not wipe that great anymore.

I change out to new wipers on my daughters LR4 - because it's not local to me - once a year.

The other two LR4's get new wipers at every 2 years, or whenever I remember, and I re-use the ones from my daughters truck that are only a year old.

I'm still on the hunt for good wipers for my 2012 LR4.
I think wiper choices are like picking out a good mattress...
Any recommendations greatly appreciated. TY.

Silicon blades are getting good reviews in this thread, suggest taking a look through the thread for feedback.
