My cruise is not working. I've eliminated the usual stuff, now I'm stuck. Today,during a road test, I found two potential problems with volt readings at the ECU.
1- Terminal 9 is at 12+Volts with the dash switch OFF, 13+V with it on. Off should be off, yes?
2- Terminal 11 reads 8.5-8.6V no matter what the speed, and 12+V when stopped. This doesn't seem right, either.
Terminals 3&4 had power when the +/- were pushed. Terminal 1 never had power for the pump.
Any help/info regarding this would be greatly appreciated.
